Why us

Why Choose Warmline?

The same four answers in every market we serve.

One Standard, Every Location

Every Warmline team works to the same written standard, the same pricing practice, and the same checklist. The town changes; the job does not.

You Approve the Price First

A free estimate, itemized and in writing, before a tool comes out of the truck. No hourly meter, no discovering the real number at the end.

Licensed, Insured, Background-Checked

Uniformed technicians, licensed for the work in their own state, insured, and background-checked before they ever knock on a door.

Backed by a 90-Day Written Promise

If the work is not right, we come back and make it right. That is the whole promise, and it is on paper, not just on the website.

Our Promise, In Writing

The Keystone Standard delivered by Warmline, a proud Keystone company.

90-Day Written Promise

“The Keystone Standard, applied to attics, crawl spaces and walls: a written price before the first bag opens, the sealed boundary photographed, and 90 days in writing on every job.”

Materials we install

Materials That Hold the Line for Decades

Insulation is only as good as the material and the prep underneath it. Here is what we put into an attic, a crawl space or a wall, and what the cheap bid puts in instead.

Blown-In Insulation

Loose-fill is most of what goes into an attic. The material and the depth it is blown to decide whether the attic holds R-38 in ten years or has settled to half of it.

What we install
Blown-In Insulation we install

We blow dense, borate-treated cellulose or premium fiberglass to the full code depth with a depth marker in every bay, over an air-sealed floor. Cellulose settles less than 15% and the borate keeps insects and mold out.

What the cheap bid installs
Budget blown-in insulation

A cheap bid blows the thinnest bag count that reads "insulated" from the hatch, over a floor nobody sealed. It settles a third within a few winters, and the gaps around every can light and top plate keep leaking conditioned air.

Our story

Doing It This Way Since 2011.

Warmline started with a thermal camera, not a blowing machine. Every job begins with the image: the warm line an auditor draws where conditioned air is leaking into an attic, a crawl space or a wall. Crews air-seal that boundary first, then insulate to the code depth for the climate zone, and photograph the depth ruler and the sealed penetrations before the hatch closes. The written price covers the whole envelope, not the bags.

The warm line is what an energy auditor draws on the thermal image - the boundary the insulation has to hold. Sits with Ridgeline, Floodline and Mainspring: the physical thing the trade is built on.

What Our Customers Say

Homeowners in every market we serve, in their own words.

★★★★★

"They did the energy audit first with a blower door and thermal camera, and showed me exactly where the house was leaking before selling me anything. The fix ended up being air sealing plus a modest attic top-up, not the full replacement another company pushed."

Grace Nakamura

★★★★☆

"Solid work on the spray foam in the rim joists and the garage ceiling. Scheduling slipped a day because of rain, which they called about ahead of time. Would use them again."

Tom Reinholt
Tom Reinholt Verified homeowner · May 2026
★★★★★

"Crawl space smelled musty and the floors were cold. Full encapsulation with the thick liner taped at every seam, and a dehumidifier sized for the space. The hygrometer they left reads 48 percent now instead of the 70s."

Elena Vasquez
Elena Vasquez Verified customer · April 2026
★★★★★

"The estimate had every line itemized, removal, sealing, baffles, the blown-in by the bag, and the final invoice matched it exactly. Two other companies quoted a single number and could not tell me what R-value they were installing."

Priya Raman
Priya Raman Verified homeowner · June 2026
★★★★★

"Radiant barrier stapled to the rafters plus new baffles at the soffits. Attic temperature dropped enough that the AC runs noticeably less in the afternoon. Crew was in and out in a day and left the garage cleaner than they found it."

Sam Kessler Verified customer · July 2025
★★★★★

"Injection foam in the walls of our 1950s house, no drywall demolition, just small holes patched and painted the same day. The street noise in the front bedroom is half what it was."

Yasmin Farah Verified homeowner · February 2025
★★★★★

"Upstairs was ten degrees hotter than downstairs every summer. They pulled the attic to bare joists, air-sealed every can light and top plate first, then blew it to R-49. First August in this house where the bedrooms and the living room read the same on the thermostat."

Marcus Hale Verified customer · June 2026
★★★★★

"Rodents had been in the attic for years before we bought the place. They vacuumed everything out, sanitized, sealed the entry points with mesh and foam, and only then put new insulation down. Photos of every stage before I paid."

Terrence Mosley Verified homeowner · March 2026
