What Our Promise Actually Means
If the work we did in your home isn’t right, we come back and fix it – at no charge, no argument, no paperwork maze to navigate first.
That’s the 90-Day Done Right Promise in plain terms. You have ninety days from the date we finish a job to tell us something isn’t working the way it should. You don’t fill out a form. You don’t get routed to a warranty department that puts you on hold. You call the same number you called to book the job, a live person picks up, and we handle the rest. The obligation to make it right is ours – not yours to prove or pursue.
Most contractors will tell you they stand behind their work. Few put a specific window in writing and back it with an actual company – a parent family, Keystone, whose name is on the commitment alongside ours. That co-signature matters. It means the promise doesn’t disappear if the crew rotates or a busy season hits. The Keystone Standard travels with every job we touch.
Why We Answer Fast, Everywhere
A real person answers our phone around the clock – not a voicemail, not a callback queue, not an automated system that asks you to press 2 for service. That’s possible because we’ve built the infrastructure a single-truck operation simply can’t sustain.
Warmline operates with local crews across 11 states. When you call, the person on the other end isn’t guessing at availability in your region – they know which crew is closest, what’s on the truck, and what your job realistically requires. That’s what gets an estimator to your property within two business days and a written estimate in your hands within one business day of that visit.
Our vehicles are stocked. Our scheduling is centralized. Most jobs are completed in a single visit because we don’t send someone out to look and then order parts. We’ve been doing this since 2011 – fifteen-plus years of figuring out what actually slows a job down and removing it from the process.
How We Make It Right
You Tell Us
Call (855) 657-3403 and tell us what’s wrong. You don’t need to diagnose it or know the technical name for the problem – just describe what you’re experiencing, whether it’s a room that’s still cold, moisture you weren’t expecting, or something that looks off. Our team logs it and gets you on the schedule, usually faster than you’d expect.
We Come Back Out
One of our background-checked, uniformed technicians returns to your home to see the issue in person. No charge for the return visit. We don’t ask you to send photos and argue about whether it qualifies – we come look at it ourselves, because that’s the only way to actually assess it.
We Fix It
If the issue is within the scope of the original job and it’s inside the 90-day window, we fix it. The materials we use come from the same benchmark brands that went in the first time – Owens Corning, Rockwool, CertainTeed, Icynene, Demilec, Johns Manville, Knauf, GreenFiber. There’s no substitution with cheaper stock, and there’s no labor fee attached to the correction.
You Sign Off
We don’t consider the job closed until you tell us it’s done right. Before the technician leaves, you confirm that what was wrong is now correct. That’s the end of the process – not a follow-up survey, not a request for a review, just a straightforward confirmation that the work meets the standard we promised.
What Stands Behind the Promise
Promises are only as solid as the people and systems behind them.
Every technician Warmline sends to your home has passed a background check and shows up in uniform. That’s not a detail we lead with to sound impressive – it’s baseline practice, and it’s been that way since we started in 2011. You know who’s walking into your home before they arrive.
Pricing is upfront and written before any work begins. There are no hourly rates, no subscriptions, nothing to sign up for. You get a free written estimate, you approve the number, and that number is what you pay. The only standing discounts we carry are the ones we’ve always offered: $50 off any repair over $250, an $89 Seasonal Tune-Up, and a permanent 5% discount for seniors and veterans. No surprises get added after the fact.
The materials behind every job come from manufacturers the insulation industry treats as the benchmark: Owens Corning, Rockwool, CertainTeed, Icynene, Demilec, Johns Manville, Knauf, and GreenFiber. When we come back to fix something, we fix it with the same quality that went in the first time. The Keystone Standard – and the 90-Day Done Right Promise that carries it – are backed by that combination: the right people, honest pricing, and materials that hold up.
Ask Us to Prove It
Call (855) 657-3403 – a real person will pick up, any hour, any day. Or book online if that’s easier. Either way, your free written estimate comes first, and the full terms of the 90-Day Done Right Promise are spelled out on our terms page so there’s nothing left to wonder about.
