Promise Terms - Warmline Insulation Co.

The Promise, in One Paragraph

When Warmline Insulation Co. finishes a job at your home, the work is covered for 90 days – no asterisks, no buried conditions. If something we installed or repaired isn’t performing the way it should, call us and we come back. We fix it at no charge. That’s the 90-Day Done Right Promise, and it’s part of The Keystone Standard every Warmline crew operates under. You shouldn’t have to chase a contractor after paying for work. We don’t think you should have to.

What’s Covered

  • Our workmanship, on every service we performed. If the job wasn’t done right – bad seal, uneven coverage, a section that shifted – we make it right.
  • Parts and materials we supplied and installed. If a product we sourced and put in place fails within 90 days, that’s on us, not on you.
  • A return visit, at no charge. We come back to your home, inspect what’s wrong, and don’t bill you for showing up.
  • A full redo when a repair doesn’t hold. If we fixed something and it fails again inside the window, we don’t patch it twice – we do it properly.
  • Clean-up after the return visit. Same standard as the first visit: we leave your home the way we found it, or better.
  • Any issue you notice and report within 90 days of your service date. You don’t need a formal report – a phone call is enough to start the process.

What Isn’t Covered

We want to be honest with you about the edges of this promise. None of these exclusions are traps – they’re situations where the problem genuinely wasn’t caused by our work.

  • Damage from a storm, flood, pest intrusion, or accident after our visit. If something beyond our control damages the area we worked on, that isn’t a workmanship failure – but call us anyway and we’ll come look.
  • Work performed by another contractor, before or after ours. We can only stand behind what our crew did. If someone else touched the same area, we’ll still inspect and tell you honestly what we see.
  • Parts or materials the customer supplied. We use what we install. If you provided a product and asked us to install it, we can’t guarantee how that product performs.
  • Normal settling or wear on equipment and systems we didn’t install. Existing components in your home age on their own schedule, separate from our work.
  • Problems you were aware of and chose not to address when we flagged them. If our technician noted a concern during the visit and you declined that portion of the work, that specific issue falls outside the promise – though we’ll always remind you it’s still worth fixing.
  • Cosmetic changes unrelated to performance. Paint scuffs from a ladder, dust from adjacent construction – these aren’t workmanship defects. If our crew caused cosmetic damage, that’s a different conversation, and we’ll have it directly.

How to Use the Promise

Step 1: Call (855) 657-3403 or book online

You don’t need to find your invoice or fill out a form. Just call the same number you used to schedule the original job – a live person answers 24/7, and they’ll pull your file while you’re on the phone.

Step 2: Tell us the job and roughly when it was done

Give us a general description – “attic insulation, sometime in March” is enough. We have the job on file with the date, the crew, and the scope of work. No receipt hunt required.

Step 3: We schedule the return visit

We find a time that works for you and send the same caliber of background-checked, uniformed technician who did the original work. There’s no fee to book the visit and no deposit.

Step 4: We make it right

The technician assesses the issue and corrects it – on that visit, in most cases. If the scope is larger than expected, we tell you what we found before we do anything additional, and we give you a clear picture of what happens next.

Timing

The 90-day window opens on the date your service was completed and closes 90 days later. If you notice something on day 91, call us. We’re not in the business of turning away a loyal customer over a calendar technicality, and we’ll use our judgment like a reasonable person would. Each Warmline location is independently operated, but every one of them honors this promise the same way – The Keystone Standard isn’t optional for our crews. It’s the baseline.

Questions About the Promise

If something about your job feels off, or you just want to understand exactly what applies to your situation, call (855) 657-3403. A real person picks up – not a voicemail, not an answering service. We’ll give you a straight answer and, if needed, get someone out to your home.
