Who We’re Looking For
- Insulation Installer / Technician: Someone comfortable working in confined spaces who takes pride in doing the actual installation – batts, blown-in, spray foam – correctly the first time.
- Spray Foam Specialist: A detail-oriented applicator who understands coverage rates, off-ratio risks, and why surface prep is half the job.
- Crawl Space & Encapsulation Tech: A methodical worker who doesn’t cut corners on moisture control, vapor barriers, or drainage – because what’s hidden matters most.
- Attic Cleaning & Rodent Proofing Tech: Someone with the stomach for the dirty work and the thoroughness to make sure every gap, vent, and penetration is sealed before they leave.
- Customer Service / Dispatcher: A sharp communicator who keeps jobs moving, customers informed, and crews connected – and who genuinely enjoys being the voice people hear when they call.
- Apprentice / Entry-Level Installer: Someone eager to learn building science from the ground up, reliable enough to show up ready to work, and willing to earn their place on a lead crew over time.

If you’ve worked in construction, HVAC, pest control, plumbing, or any trade that puts you in tight spaces or on job sites, more transfers than you think. Reading a house, working carefully in restricted areas, following a sequence, and communicating with homeowners – those skills don’t have to be re-learned.
What we’ll teach you is the building science side: how heat moves through a home, why air sealing matters as much as the insulation itself, how to use the materials correctly, and what Warmline’s standard of work actually looks like in practice. Your first months are structured – you’re working alongside experienced techs, asking questions, and building the technical foundation that makes you useful on a job and safe in it. We don’t expect you to know everything on day one. We do expect you to show up, pay attention, and take the craft seriously.
